As a result, Saxony-Anhalt has a particularly high proportion of the UNESCO World Heritage sites in Germany.

The Bauhaus masters founded their school in Dessau, where they had the chance to develop their visions, rethink everything and start modernity. The training lasts two years and is completed in the prisons in Burg, Halle (Saale), Volkstedt and Raßnitz. The goal is then to become a civil servant for life. The training is remunerated fairly. Example: a trainee (single, no children, tax-class 1) currently receives a salary of around 1,700 euros net per candidate per month, in addition to other benefits, such as Christmas bonuses.
